Tausend Zeilen Soundtrack list – While working together on an article for Die Chronik , the largest journalistic magazine in Europe (allusion to the magazine Der Spiegel ), freelance journalist Juan Romero (allusion to Juan Moreno ) notices inconsistencies in the descriptions of his colleague Lars Bogenius (allusion to Claas Relotius , from English “bogus”, “forged”). Romero begins researching on his own and uncovers a potential scandal within his own paper. When he lets the editors in on his suspicions in order to prevent the publication of a jointly written story, the executive floor dismisses his suspicions as jealousy among colleagues. Romero only has one chance: he must use journalistic means to put a stop to Bogenius.
